Cancellation Policy :. In case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Once the product is shipped it can not be cancelled using our website

Return/Replace and Exchange Policy :.

Return/Exchange is avallable for selected products only, the return intormation is avallable on the product page on the website. Ine return policy of a product can be

changed without prior notice .. In case we do not have pick up service available at your location, you would have to self-ship the product to our office

Terms of replace/exchange

20 Carat Jewellery will ship the replacement/accept returns at no extra cost and also bear the expenses of reverse shipping if: · Received product is damaged/defective in

transit. . Goods are not the same as order placed (please read disclaimer) In case of any other reason other than above processing charges including restocking and reverse

pick up of INR 249- will be added to the cost for return and INR 199 will be added for Exchange. Unboxing videos are mandatory for claiming damaged product receipts.

Guidelines of a valid exchange

NOTE FOR RETURN The items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons. The product should have the original packaging and tags in place. Items without the

original tags will not be accepted. Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged Return/Exchange requests that are not raised within the return period (Refer

product page) the product would not be accepted.
